• Pre order custom made Wigs - 14 business days. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & holidays) • Custom Wig Service (Hair provided by customers only) 7-9business days after I receive your hair (Excluding Sundays & holidays)


Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.

US orders-  packages are typically delivered within 1-3 business days (after they are delivered to the post office). The duration for delivery depends on your location. Due to covid-19 there may be delays in shipping/delivery time by the Please note that holidays, sale seasons,  weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may delay shipping and delivery times. Once your package is delivered to the post office, they are no longer in my hands so I have no control over delays due to the carrier.  A signature is required upon delivery for ALL packages.

Lost/Stolen Packages

• BawseLifeStudio LLC is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please note that there is no refund for lost/stolen packages nor will orders be replaced. Once the packages have been received by the shipping company. We have no control over its whereabouts.

• All packages have a tracking number. USPS system is constantly being updated throughout the delivery process. You may visit their website and enter your tracking number to view the whereabouts of your package. 

• If you won't be home to receive your package on the expected arrival date, you may request to have your package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM

Return Policy

Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product, BawseLifeStudio currently does not accept returns. The only exception to this is receipt of an incorrect order. We are proud of the high quality wigs and extensions that we offer and thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality.

There are a few exceptions to this policy please read below to see if you meet the criterion. Before using your new wig or hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color and texture desired. We highly recommend you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without cutting the lace or hair or tampering with the unit/bundles in any way. **Please note the photos of our hair are in their raw state and not altered. Therefore once the hair is washed it will differ from the photos online and you will have the desired texture you purchase.
